Usage method:
1. Preparation: a SIM phone card and a mini memory card.
2. Power on: open the card cover and insert the SIM card in the direction indicated. After inserting the mini-memory card, the product will automatically turn on and the red light will flash for 4 times and go out. After 30 seconds, it will enter the normal standby state.[Note: lf you do not read the memory card, insert it again]
3. Indicator light: the power-on indicator light is always on for 4 times and off, and the low battery indicator light flashes quickly
4. Bind the master control number: Edit the text message 000 with your mobile phone and send it to the alarm locator number. Later, the phone will reply with a text message; Set; Binding + master control number
5. Pickup: Edit the text message 555 with your mobile phone and send it to the alarm locator number. Later, the phone will reply with a text message; [Snd; pick up started]
6, Voice control callback; Edit the text message 666 with your mobile phone and send it to the alarm locator number. Later, the phone will reply with a text message; DT; Voice monitoring and alarm call callback have been set successfully]..When the sound around the alarm locator is greater than 40 dB, the alarm locator will automatically call the preset mobile phone number.
7,GPRS location query: edit the SMS 777 and send it to the alarm locator number. Later, the phone will reply to a Google map link of the Chinese geographical location and the mobile phone. After the mobile phone opens the link, the location map and fext address description will appear to make the location more accurate.
8. Query of the sound around the product: directly dial the number of the card in the alarm locator. After a few seconds, you can hear the sound around the alarm locator(the alarm locator itself will not emit any sound and light during the query)
9, Locating track query: Edit the SMS 102 on your mobile phone and send it to the alarm locator number. Later, this machine will reply to your mobile phone with a[account number, password] and log on to the website www.xtgps.top
10. Real-time query of location: Operate on the computer platform.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
